Complaint regarding sangyong rexton mahindra car

My car Mahindra and Mahindra SSANGYONG REXTON – ‘DL 12 CA 3676’ on 10th august 2014 broke down at kalkaji mandir. This was the second time when the car broke down in the middle of the road in 1.5 yrs. It was a normal rainy day in Delhi and my family was headed for raksha bandhan celebrations. I called on mahindra helpline number and told them about the car. They said their engineer would come and have a look. The engineer came after waiting for 2.5 hours and then the cab came. The car was then towed by the company to koncept mahindra workshop, New Delhi for repairs. I was shocked to receive an estimate of Rs. 4 lakhs for repair. The car is under warranty period. The excuses given by the company are not satisfactory. They keep giving different excuses.

I want my complaints to be heard and get my defected car changed by MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRA. It has caused me inconvenience as i’m without my car since 10th august 2014.
