I am very worried for SBI Visa Platinum card. My card is a Visa card ending with—-9651. During December 2016 I was not in Delhi due to daughte’s,marriage in Bihar. I have no purchases by this card for more than a year. Now they are charging Rs.1604/-to pay immediately. On an annual fee of Rs.500/-without any information they are charging late fee again & again. It is a injustice. SBI Card has the poorest connectivity with customers. For the last 2 weeks I am trying to talk to executive regarding my queries but failing to connect. Everytime on no.39020202 they ask for service request no & then disconnected. In doing so from mobile I have lost more than hundred rupees. I have also given mail to feedback@sbicard.com but they didnot replied. Hope you will take up the matter with SBI Card.
