SBI platinum credit card was issued with wrong information, upon delivery of the card, I wanted to cancel the card. I mailed several times to the customer care, nodal officer’s email and helpline numbers( helpline numbers never accepted any call). My emails did have no response from 12/12/2016 and 2 days back I got charged the annual fee of 3432/- which got auto debited from my sbi savings account.

This is sheer harassment. Even I talked to the lady who issued the card and she is refusing to revert the amount back in to account. Please take necessary action against SBI card.
