I have PORTED from Tata Docomo to Airtel With Mo No 8xxxxxxxx6 on 31/12/16 after porting i was unable to send message hence i lodg ed complaint at aitel cosumer care centre and its Porbandar Authorised Store MG Road i was assured to resolve it but the problem was as it is so the SIM card was changed even though problem was not solved i also changed handset,tried on smart phone and even though problem was not solved so again i lodged complaint but till date it was not solved hence i decided to PORT out on 31/03/17 but as my SIM was not able to send out going messages i was not able to send message for Getting porting code so again i approached Store and call centre sent emails to airtel authority on 31/3/17 , 4/4/17 i was assured to solve the problem and i have not yet received PORTING code so it is an undue haressement to me I kindly request you to take up the issue and help me in getting PORTING Code as i no more want to continue with company which cannot solve minor problem even after 3 months.
