Complaint regarding service by Gionee service center Gourisaria

On 19/10/15 i have given my gionee m2 mobile phone to get repaired at gourisaria electronics, 9, india exchange place kolkata 700001. my complaint no is 15800085191.

They told me that my phone will get repaired withen one week. Again they told me that it will take some more time. I got my mobile phone on 31.08.15 after paying rs.1500/-. when i went home and wanted to charge my phone it was not charging. again i went to the same service centre they told me that there is some problem we will repair it and it will be charged extra.

I went many times but all the time some other excuse was given to me. On one occasion they told me one more gionee m2 has come for repairing and they will exchange the part with other phone. I was astonished to here such statements from a authorised service centre. When i told them to return my handset so that i can get it repaired from somewhere else they showed me the phone and it was completely open.

After exchange of some hard words i told them to mend my phone and return it to me as soon as possible. After few day when i called them they told me that the phone cannot be repaired and to take it back. I request your goodself to kindly look into that matter.
