Complaint regarding service by Intex

On 191/09/15 i bought INTEX AUQA Y2 cell phone. It was defective piece having mic problem (when i call, receiver unable to hear my voice and when i receive call i am unable to hear) so on dated 26/09/2015 i submitted my cellphone at intex service centre at BORIVALI, THAKAR MALL, 1st floor, my submitted deatails are as follows job sheet no – 509266138002T001, i was told once my cellphone is repaire they call me. After that every week i used to call them (intex service centre no 7738 979782 ), i was told they are waiting to receive mobile parts from intex company which is at THANE.

On 23rd oct, 2015 it was around 24 days, so i took leave and visit service centre at 12 o clock, i was told to seat 2 hrs, at 2.15 i was provided with my cell phone, so checked my phone but i noticed same problem with the cellphone, so i told them that its creating same problem, they took my cellphone and after 15 mins i was provided with cellphone, i noticed the phone which i was given was having different IMEI no (IMEI no on bill was different) , the cellphone which was given to me was old one and having scratches on its display. One more thing i noticed when i submitted my phone it was not having scarch guard but phone provided me having scrach guad on display, again complaint to head of team he said its same cellphone which i have submitted. But when i told how come IMEI no change, he was scared, i told him to call his head of the centre.
Head of the centre was favouring his staff side and he was not listening to me. He said its the same phone which i had submitted. He told me that they have changed board of cell phone, my point is if mic problem was there then they should change only mic and need to use same body. And if you are unable to repaire that phone then provide me new phone why should i take old phone by giving my new phone, but he was no listening and saying do whatever you wanna do. Old phone which was given to me having camera problem and scarches on screen, he told me to submit and they will change only display of old phone. So they again took cellphone and told me to come after 10 days (jobsheet no 510236138031T001).
Please help me, i am very disturb

    i have a cell of INTEX(AQUA 3G+(white)
    i have facing some problem in this phone due to touch pad and i was summit it service center on date 14-Sep-2015.
    After 40 days then return my cell. when i see my cell they replace my cell with another cell with different color.
    when I’m told him please change my phone it was not my phone they told we can’t help you.

    Please help me……..
