I own a Samsung Tab S 8″, got it secured by Syska gadget secure insurance. My phone’s screen got damaged in an incident of phone snatching, so I went for a claim to get it repaired. The complain was taken up and my phone was picked on 23/08/2015 by Mr. Pxxxxxxt (Syska gadget secure representative) then I received a message of estimation on 24/08/2015 from Syska after which it was approved on 25/08/2015 of which I received a message again from Syska. On 04/09/2015 my phone went for repair as per Syska. Then on 3/10/2015 gave a call to Syska customer care as I did not receive the phone it was to be more than a month. They said the phone is repaired and the local team will call you. Called the same agent Mr pxxxxxxxt and asked for my phone, he said will enquire and call me back but he stopped picking up the phone after that. Then called back the customer care, every time they promise to resolve ASAP but they never revert back to me and they gave me the number for Mr Nikhil area head for Syska gadget secure. Gave a call to him said I have a meeting in Bangkok I need the phone he said me the phone is not repaired, it is wrongly updated. After which even he stopped picking the call. I came back from bangkok but still the Syska gadget secure says we have escalated the issue will revert back, but I received no calls from them. Please get me a resolution, it is more than 56 days and I have not received my phone. My claim no in Syska is 1508130865 claim is on my mother’s name.
