I have given my phone in Motorola authorised service center at coimbatore, Tamilnadu. for replacing the broken LCD screen and I paid Rs. 6000. I was not given a job descrition number and I have been provided a BOX no with an invoice in the name of Vinayaga Communication. I asked an invoice from motorola, they said this is the bill and this is how it works and they promised me of replacing the whole LCD screed. After two weeks they have called me for the delivery of the phone. We took the delivery by paying Rs.1200 and we found the display screen was unfit and smaller in size then we found out they have simply broken the display screen and pasted an duplicate display screen without changing the LCD. We also found a damage in the LCD screen, RIM was broken and screwed badly. they have removed the parts from inside and placed duplicate parts. So the phone starts generating heat. Then I logged a complaint with motorola customer care, they have asked for Job Description number. which they have not provided at all. So I asked for a JD from vinayaka communications and they refused to give me a JD then i made the customer care person talk to them and received a JD no. So it means for the last 2 to 3 weeks, my phone was not in the hands of motorola and it was with someone who did fraud activity. I asked for replaced from motorola and they denied my request, I wanted vinayaka communication or motorola to be punished for me suffering a mental stress because of both of them. I am Demanding a sum of money as an compensation.
