Complaint regarding service by Yureka mobile

I got mobile delivered to me from Amazon after paying 8999 on Feb 2015, which was having lot’s of hardware and software issues, after struggling for 3 months I got replacement of the device.

I have paid again 2999 for the broken display(poor quality of the display) and got the refurbished device for the money which was not at all charging after regular calls to the YU customer care got the replacement of the one more refurbished device again which was having the same problem (Not charging because of the IC issue)and also with the previous owner data(pics, videos and etc,), that means they have not repaired the device which some one returned with some problems phone they just sent to me on 4th Nov 2015. same day I have called to YU customer care and complained about the issue, they have generated the waybill number on 6th Nov 2015 and today it’s 20th Nov 2015, till now there is no update or replacement. When ever I call the customer care I have to explain all the story and their customer care guy’s are pathetic they are not able to under stand English nor Hindi and which will take 5 mins and then they will keep on hold for so long then they will say we will deliver it as soon as possible or they will disconnect the call after keeping so long on the hold without any update, As YU care number is special number and it costs 20 to 30 rupees for each call.

It’s been 2 months till today with out mobile after paying 8999 for mobile and 2999 for display and every day calls which increased my mobile bill. On top of that daily calling to YU customer care to get the update and as I don’t have extra mobile to get new mobile ..all these are ruined my personal and professional life.

Today also I called the customer care they are telling we will deliver the device as soon as possible and they are not telling any timeline to deliver it.

at least here I get some help for all the problems I am facing with the YU (Yureka mobile).
