Dear sir I am account holder of your bank with SB account no. 2XXXXXXXXX3 state Bank of India Rajnagar BR RAJKOT and my complaints is that Last six months ago I am seeing that only one counter open for cash deposit and withdrawal and Very heavy traffic in your branch then why you open Another cash deposit or withdrawal counter.
And another complaint is that today I have also that only one counter will open for cash deposit and withdrawal and today I am experiencing very bed experience of cash deposit today. I am deposting just rs 2100 I am waiting for 20 minutes because ahead of me one person come for passbook printing for more than one year because passbook printing machine not installed at Rajnagar BR vaza Medam said that above 8 months a go Rajnagar BR applied for passbook printing machine but till today machine not installed by SBI
