I have purchased a ASUS zenfone 2(ze551ml) and serial number is : F4AZFG098806 , in july 2015 form flipkart. The mobile phone started giving problems form sept 2015. So, I submitted my mobile phone to the official service center named ‘Regenersis’ which is located at Nal-Stop, Pune at 18 of sept 2015.My complaint number is : I have contacted the service center as well as customer care, they both keep on replying the same answer that the part which is damaged has been ordered on 18th sept itself and is shipping. Its being almost a month today i.e. (11 october 2015) and i have been waiting for a long time to recieve my phone. I asked them for product replacement or refund, they answered that the product wont be replaced or refunded instead i need to wait.The company isn’t providing me even the estimated date of arrival of the part. My case id is: A151074545.
I want to launch complaint against ASUS INDIA pvt. ltd. and want my product either replaced or refunded. I have all the documents related to the product and am ready to submit it if required.
