I bought a phone Yu yunique and phone was just awesome. No issues i must say.. Very good phone in budget segment. But by my mistake i dropped my phone and its screen was broken. I contacted Yu customer care and they asked for Rs.1700 for screen repair for a Rs.5000 worth phone. And i instead of getting it repaired from a local shop and sace my time and money, i decided to go with the company. They offer a door to door pick up and drop service and i was happy as they picked my phone just after a day registering my complaint. They asked for a time of 15 working days for the mobile to be delivered and i agreed. But everything changed gradually. Now, it has been a month and still when i call then they ask for more 15 working days. Please i can’t spend my 2-3 months for a mobile to get repaired. Please i request you to help me. Please its a humble request. Good mobiles at unbelievable prices but when it comes to service they are just ******. Please help me and help me to get my phone back please.
