Complaint regarding service denial by IFB

I purchased IFB senorita smart in feb 2016 with 4 year warranty. I felt some problem in july so I raised a complaint on 26 july (token no 18162495). After it I waited for 1 week but no one came to fix the problem. They closed my complaint without fixing the problem. Again I raised a complaint on 11 aug (token no 18239999). This time also no one came to solve my problem. I waited for 2 weeks than 3 weeks n than 4 weeks but didnt hear a single word from IFB. Than I raised the problem through the seller on 6 sept (token no 18360627). They told me to wait for 3-4 days but no one has even called me. Till today (28 sept) my complaint status is open and they ignore my call when I try to talk to them.
