I had bought an intex cloud swift handset from the website snapdeal on 27-10-2015. Its is in warranty period till date. Now my problem is that i had given this handset to repair in intex care at “sanjari mobile”, porbandar, gujarat on 14-06-2016 job sheet no.-606146268017t001 regarding problem of charging and heating of my handset. I got my product after 2 days but the problem still persisted and after a month that is in july it gave me an additional problem regarding not able to detect the network so i went again to the service centre to clear this problem but the denied me to give service saying that “i have already made a repair on this product outside our centre”. Which is totally untrue to my knowledge. I went again today that is on 01-08-2016 and they had again denied me to give service inspite of being my product in warranty period. I want to lodge a complain against them to have a new piece of handset as they have cause a burned near my camera internal circuit and blaming me that that burnt has been made by an external mobile technician. I want to lodge a complaint against intex and this service centre so that they never do this mistake in future. Thankyou.
