Complaint regarding service from cable TV operator

My set up box is not working and found that it is not receiving the signal. We informed to our cable TV operator and they took for the repair on 15th Nov 2017. Till now they are not returned/repaired my set up box.Either they will not answer our call or they will give new excuses.I tried to meet them on their office but is always remain closed.
