My Water filter, Aqua Flo is under service contract with Eureka Forbes Ltd. On 30th October I sent an SMS to 8082299333 with request for service since the equipment was delivering the water but was dribbling in droplets. I was supposed to get an acknowledgement and service within 24 hours. Having not got response, I called up their number 39883333 and lodged a compliant. I also demanded as to why my SMS sent on 30th was not acknowledged? Instead of answering me, the person registered a fresh service request and sent an SMS accordingly. Since the service was required urgently, I insisted upon the person to send the technician immediately instead of TWO days of waiting. I received SMS at 12.25 pm on 3rd.: Your servaice request 2000352983 has been allocated to technician Mr. Cxxxxxxxxxa (7xxxxxxxxxx2). It will be attended shortly. Again I received an SMS aty 4.53 PM (I noticed it on 4th afternoon) Your service request has been completed by service techinician Mr. CxxxxxxxxxaB(BABU) – Eureka forbes.
For your information no one turned up for servicing and even now as at 11.10 AM on 5th Nov the position has not changed.
Yesterday I received another SMS on the 4th evening at 6.49 PM:

I gave a nasty reply to the above in their website stating that they should be ashamed to ask for an evaluation of a job that is not done.
I have experinced this second time in the past one year and they seem to be habituated to conduct themselves like this. I request you to take up my compliant strongly with Eureka Forbes and direct them to service immediately. I am now forced to buy drinking water to meet my requirements and please direct them to reimburse the cost of the water I purchase till the service is done.
