Complaint regarding service from

I placed an service request in to get my laptop fixed as it is turning off frequently on June 6th, 2016. The service ID is 376. The guy from the firm picked the laptop from our clinic and collected Rs.300. After weeks there was no response and I got a call from the service center where the laptop was deposited for service that your laptop fan is not working it needs a fix and after i said yes there was no response for over a week I was trying to call customer care and there is no one was picking my call, then somehow from my call history i got the service center number i called he said the laptop is ready but the guy who is suppose to take the delivery is not in town so it will take another three days as it is required for our clinic i went and collected it and a sum of Rs.2300 is collected from me. the laptop was working fine for 4 days and the same problem came when i contacted the service center guy he said, sir please contact as i m not authorised to collect it from you. As always there is no response when i call the customer care and I got hold of the guy who initially collected and luckily customer care to responded we will collect it. The guy took the laptop last week and after that no one is picking the call. Please help me in getting my laptop back and the entire service charge i have paid for the no service provided.
