Complaint regarding service from Saini travels

Saini travels bus from pune to yavatmal Mh40AT835. I was getting late due to some starting problem in my bike.
I tried to call many times on number 93xxxxxxx8 given in booking confirmation from saini travels sms to tell them my problem and to wait for 5 min but the number was switch off. I did not get a single call from bus staff before the bus was leaving and they left without any call. Even a low brand bus staff calls atleast once to their customer before leaving but saini could not do the simple thing.

After that when i call saini travels office pune on number 020 24430975 the staff person not even supported me when I ask him the current location of bus because I was nearby and was able to catch the bus not even he was ready to give me the drivers or bus staffs number rather he talked misbehavely and told me to go to sangamwadi which was 30km away and I was on two wheeler and rain was coming so I also shouted at him and said I will launch a complaint then he started using bad words.

My luck that I caught the bus my self at chinchwad singal this could have been possible with the support of the office staff also but they strictly not supported.

Another thing happened when the bus stop at sangamwadi for 15 min the pune office staff member of saini travels Hxxxh Came in search of me in bus ask me to come out of bus and shouted at me and threaten me for beating and also said this not our duty to call the customer its all your fault he used very bad low level language while talking and also fight with me while talking.

Is this kind of service does the saini travels staff give to customer??? There is no saftey to customers traveling by saini travels got a very very worst experience today. Staff is uneducated and have no sense and manners of customer handling.

    Bus no MH 40 AT 1535 Aurangabad to Nagpur travelling on 16th August,2021 there was a theft in the back side of the bus where the luggage are kept. It is was a detail theft that means the person or persons have time to do the same. Kindly look into the case and it is a serious issue.

    1) AC not good
    2) you provide on facilities wi-fi but actually his not work
    3) this travels suspension his not good his painful for passenger

    While doing online booking account debit has done but the message of booking has not arrived

    Bus is not good not given proper service the seat was having major issue travelled 2-3 times always given bad results
