I subscribed to tikona’s internet plan wort rs 1700 for two months starting jan 3rd 2016 and following are the complaints that i would like to raise against them
1. Did not provide the promised speed of 4 mbps
2. Did not respond to complaints
3. Not providing waiver on the services that that they failed to provide
4. Use of abusive words by the local team members of the tikona
Sir we have paid an advance rental of rs 4750 and they are not providing us with even half of what we paid for. We have not been getting proper connectivity or speed and they dont listen to us. And their local engineers abuse when we call them for checking the problem. There has been not a single day with proper connection and the customer care of tikona has always kept a a blind eye to our complaints.
A customer care executive once promised a waiver but now we are being told that there is no waiver for the services they failed to provide.
