I am owner of LateLateef restaurant, Pune and have tie up with Zomato from where we receive online orders from them. Recently we have had around 4-5 cases where our delivery boy went to deliver the food but customer did not responded to phone calls. As we operate only during late night hours (11 PM – 4 AM), this was quite frustrating to bear such a loss. When we asked Zomato for compensation and refund, they also simply refused which was further a setback. We have tie-up with other service providers like Tinyowl, Swiggy etc and all offers refunds in such cases but Zomato case was unique.

This not only delays the delivery for other orders but also very loss making for us. Can someone look into this.
