Complaint regarding service from Zomato

I am owner of LateLateef restaurant, Pune and have tie up with Zomato from where we receive online orders from them. Recently we have had around 4-5 cases where our delivery boy went to deliver the food but customer did not responded to phone calls. As we operate only during late night hours (11 PM – 4 AM), this was quite frustrating to bear such a loss. When we asked Zomato for compensation and refund, they also simply refused which was further a setback. We have tie-up with other service providers like Tinyowl, Swiggy etc and all offers refunds in such cases but Zomato case was unique.

This not only delays the delivery for other orders but also very loss making for us. Can someone look into this.

    Zomato service sucks.
    They serve cold food.

    Zomato guys are charging with their personal delivery charges ranging from rs.10-40. Let me be specific again, its not the restaurant who is charging, its the zomato. Earlier they didn’t have this charges, recently in two weeks they started. When confronted one restaurant owner, they are zomato are not supposed to do that. Its against their law. When confronted zomato agent they say, its their management and delivery charge will be waived off above rs.300. Just to check, i placed order above 300 and delivery charge is still billed. They are looting customers big time. Stern action should be taken against then.
