Complaint regarding service from Zoom car

I had booked zoom car for 02/04/18 to 05/04/18 and picked up car which did not have fuel, later i noticed AC is not working same has been complained, Zoom car representative told me drop the car where it was picked up and replacement car will be organised, i dropped the card on 03/04/18 but they failed to provide replacement car and not reachable in customer care number. i have paid Rs.6640 plus Rs.2000/- fuel i have put and going through lot of mental stress and faced lot of problem to drive car in rain and summer

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
