I purchased Huawei Hono6 on February 2015 and on April 2016 faced battery issue (after warranty period) so I paid Rs.1,800/- but since then facing network issue. When I checked with service center they suggested to change the motherboard it would cost around Rs. 9,000/-

Where it was happened only after battery replacement and no fault from my end I raised a compliant (Ticket#: 25754718) they promised to give me a solution. After several emails and calls now in September 2016 they are same this device is out of warranty so I have to pay whatsoever is being charged.

My question is while I raised this compliant on April 2016 itself I mentioned it is in out of warranty period but after four months now they are saying this device is out of warranty.

Since then I’m trying to talk to their senior officials but their customer care executives promised to give a call back but nothing happened till today (15-Oct-2016).
