I had purchased gionee s6s on 04/01/17 after two days i went to service centre on 07/01/17 because of touch and hanging problem in my phone they done software that day and returned me back i checked my phone the Same problem is there of touch and hang so i told them. they replied me that please come back on monday will solve your problem. Then again i went on 09/01/17 monday they took my phone and said that come in evening without giving any kind of jobsheet nothing. Again i went in evening i saw that my device was as it is on desk how i left in morning then i started arguing with them how irresponsible guys are there careless then a guy again took my phone started logging in his pc then hi given me a jobsheet and said that come tommrow. Again i went on 10/01/17 after keeping my device for two days they were saying that i had given my device in another centre and saying that its outside open i’m not a fool guy i’m educated i know what are the terms and conditoins i had purchased a phone which is worth 16,000 and every particular phone have a warranty of 1 year then why should i go to another centres huh and one more the manager of that service centre is giving me assurance that, sir please use this device for this month if any kind of problem will be there i will take care of it i will give you new device its my garranty, what it means..?? Evrything is clear that they are cheated with so now i’m politly telling you all that i want my issued solved, i want my device to be replaced or else i want my refund..
