Complaint regarding service of Panasonic Plasma TV

I brought panasonic plasma tv model p42xt50d in 13 aug 2013. it is 3 year warranty product. but last 4 months the tv is in panasonic service centre. 2 times the replaced the mother board. the service team failed to solve the problem. finally the offered replace the tv with 32 inch led. but my tv 42 inch smart tv . many times i send email to panasonic india to replace tv with 42 inch or above ( i have no plan to spend more money for a tv) or refund my amount, the not give any replay to me. in last 4 months i am waiting for panasonic india service./Replay. my service request no :C210815081644 , C160915118347.

i am not satisfied panasonic service , i have no interest panasonic replacement . my request is please refund my amount.
