Sir I book Kerala tour by sit holidays Pvt.ltd. new Delhi.on the booking time they show good 3 stars hotel and asked if any problems u cancel your tour and before 30 days no any amount forfeit . U deposit 25% advance and after hotel booking confirmation u pay balance 50% .I paid 25%amount and I demand hotel confirmation he told that this hotels have booked u.chouse another hotel and he show 2%hotels.
When I choice other hotels and I demand hotel confirmation he told next day that your hotel is booked and we received confirmation and u pay balance 50,% amount.
I contacted this hotels .Hotels refused and says no any bookings by your Tour company.
Then I cancel my trip and demand my deposit amount they forfeit 40%amount and balance 60%amount not paid.
