I have booked 2 tickets in abhibus, neither I got an email nor a message. Called the customer care number.. None responded. The person was asked to get down from the bus as he didn’t have neither an email nor a message. Please take a strict action against the abhibus.com. Please don’t ever loot the customers like these. It has been like a scam. We are from a middle class family. And efforting money for 2 tickets.. Even though we are not allowed to board the bus. Because of this he has missed an important appointment. It was a complete loss for us. I want my money back. And please take an action against it.
