I want to advertise an AD of name change because my name is Misspelled wrong in education documents and i had to apply for passport . I logged on to www.booknamechangead.com and pad them Rs 1720/- for the advertisement and provided them details of my correct and wrong name. They provided me with the confirmation that AD will be displayed in Times of India (English Newspaper) and Andhraprabha (Telugu Newspaper) on friday 8th of June 2018 shockingly the ad never appeared when i tried contacting them and email info[@]booknamechangead.com no one responds its been a week now i feel I’ve been duped with an amount of Rs 1720/- I also attached the screenshot for the same.

I booked Name change AD to advertise in newspaper for passport purpose on Date 26/08/2019 but the same has not been seen in the said newspaper….its website and now no one is picking up the call said by the website….
