Complaint regarding services from fly-my-destination.com

I had booked a 3 day Goa package tour through www.fly-my-destination.com in August and paid full advance of 50000 for 4 star accommodation in Park Calangute
Then they said an upgrade to 5 star hotel in Marriott would cost 9000 more and both transactions were done through Axis bank in their current account.
The travel was between 11th to 14th Oct 2016 and they said the flight tickets will be sent 14 days before then 7 days before and 3 days before they said their vendors are not able to provide ticket or accommodation
Then they said they will refund the amount by 13th or 14th Oct and till date they have not yet refunded the money saying they are busy till Diwali and will process after that
Please help
