I am having the GTPL broadband connection since 2014 at my house where there are several time issued happened but they do not get it done permanent resolutions for that.

We are also calling their nodal officer but “he said that we are here to resolve distributors queries so that you have to raise your complaint thru call center number”.

Sometimes they are talking very abuse language to women & their way of talks are very different. These guys are not seen that who are on the other side (man or women) they just talk with their own languages & not provides the solutions single time.

We already raised our complaints several times thru email & customer care call center number but it do not resolve yet. Our lasr complaint number is 1696490 dated 4th Oct 2016 & 1716316 dated 07th Oct 2016.

I request you to do the needful for the above subject.
