I have booked my holiday package from delhi to Manali by Holiday travel zone head office -Lajpat Nagar Part-IV but as per offered package they have not provided services i.e Manikaran & Ban Vihar & Kullu trips not provided so regarding the same several times called to customer care and talk to Ms. Dxxxxy/Mr. Axxxxxt but they refused to provided services as per given proposal and was saying me you can registered complaint any where as per your choice but we will provide services as per them.
Request to you please support us and try to refund back my amount of Rs-16990/- which I paid to holiday travel zone and take strick action against holiday travel zone so that they can not repeat this type of fraud with any one.
Your support for the same would be highly appreciated.
