SuccessShadi.com employee (Sxxxxxi) offered to provided Matrimonial services (not just for this website but also for Jeevansathi and Shadi.com), at the price for Rs. 4000 for lifetime (as they currently have offer running). She called me several times in 20 days prior payment and assured quality services. Upon payment on 16th Jan, 2016, I sent the email confirming the payment, also called which she acknowledged over phone and assured of providing the login id credentials. 17th Jan I dropped an email for which I didnt got any response till yet. 18th Jan she called and again assured of providing the login credentails in in next one hour. Also she mentioned that this services will be just for 3 months, which I conteract stating what you assured and what you delivering. I asked for refund, for which she mentioned that she will check with her manager. Later she confirmed that it will be for 1 year, I agreed somehow. Till 23rd Jan, no credentails have been shared, I called for which she again said the same thing (in next 1 hour details will be shared), again I asked for refund for which she bluntly said no refund will be provided. I again sent email on 23rd and yesterday (24th Jan),asking for refund and also mentioning that I will lodge complaint with local police station and Consumer Forum, but still no response to the email.
