I purchased a sim for Telenor which started operating from 28th July 2017. Till then I had spoken to them innumerable times about the recording advertisement they provide before connecting my line not only their but Idea company’s adv too. After DND they keep sending unnecessary SMS. In case of calling the customer care may be after * consecutive attempts they pick up ones Even if I doubt they have registered the sim in my name or not as docs they didn’t took any ID photocopy but just the impression of finger. Please take the necessary action against Unnecessary killing others time for adv and for remedy they straight way ask us to call the company.
