Complaint regarding services from Vmake Visas-PR canada

I had paid them INR 57,250 for Visa processing and an additional INR 6500 to process my duplicate educational certificates from Delhi University. The agreement attached herewith for VISA processing was signed in April 1st, 2016. It’s been almost two years now and I’m yet to see copies of my educational certificates or any update on my VISA process. This despite emails, phone calls and Sms.

Since the process has yet to be initiated, and pathetic client service, I would want the entire amount refunded at the earliest. In addtion, a compensation for causing an impediment to VISA processing elsewhere.
