Complaint regarding servicing and performance of Nano CNG version

We had purchased a TATA NANO CNG version car with much fanfare and upon relying upon the goodwill of TATA MOTORS LTD. However we feel utterly cheated and disillusioned as from the day we purchased the car in 2015 there have been nagging problems with it. There is only one franchisee in Meerut who deals with passenger vehicles of the Company and it is Shree Vasu Automobiles, Delhi Road, Meerut. Being the sole franchisee and having the only authorized workshop he enjoys the benefits of monopolistic trade practices.

The car has not done even 25000 kilometres and the CNG system has failed leaving us in the lurch as we had purchased the car only due to its CNG feature.During the last few months and in quick successions, the car had to be left in the franchisee’s workshop for days and weeks together and all claims of having repaired the car turned out to be false.

REPLACEMENT OF THE CAR IS THE ONLY OPTION LEFT PLEASE.
