I am from Mohali, Punjab. We have purchased Duet scooter from charisma goldwheels, industrial area, phase 1 chandigarh. My uncle was driving the same scooter and met with an accident on 25 July, 2017. We requested for claim as scooter was as the scooter was insured by ICICI lombard insurance. The accident was held on 25 july, 2017 and on the same day we went to charisma goldwheels with the scooter the claim formalities was done with in 4 days. But till now the staff of charisma goldwheels have not taken any action. They have not provided me any services till now.. My broken scooter is still standing in the workshop of charisma goldwheels. It has been 26 days now. I called them so many times but everytime they are giving me excuse that the parts which needs to be fitted are coming from ludhiana from the very first day. Even insurance dept. is not taking any action on the same. Kindly take the action on the same.
