I was facing problem in screen , charger and usb port. tablet is still in warranty period. they gave me ticket id with datasheet and address of service center of gurgaon. i sent it via indian post with tracking id CG501127885IN.

Ticket id given by technical support is 0724GT20550. it is showing processed on their aftersale service webportal. but customer support is not reverting back properly. it has been more than 2 months.

I need my serviced tablet back or refund.
