On 5-2-2015, i handed over my sony handy cam to Sony authorised service centre, in Nashik i.e. Yash Electronics for repairing purpose. The only problem it had, was it’s screen touch function was not working properly. Except it handy cam was working fine with all other functions. I was comfortably able to view video on nadycam screen itself and record video’s/ take photos and copy it to my deskop and or laptop. While giving to service centre, i specifically ask the person there to check the same and mention this fact on the job sheet.

I keep on contacting them by personal visits and telephone calls. i didn’t receive any communication from their side. On one day when i visited the center, i was shocked, when the person there told me that handycam is completely dead, screen display is not working at all. then i refused to take back the same. and requested them to restore the same in its actual state when i handed over to them. they refused to do so. Aggrieved by the unacceptable answers and un-professional behavior, i sent emails to sony customer care 4 to 5 times on sonyindia.care@ap.sony.com, but except auto answers i did not received any satisfactory resolution from them. I Also tried to chat with their online chatting customer care on 3 occassions, but their approach was non understandable.
