Complaint regarding servicing Yu yureka

I had purchased Yu Yureka Modal No. (A05510) from retail shop within six months i found many problems in device regarding battery which was not charging replacement properly so i called customer executive to resolve my complaint they sent me mail regarding replacement of device within 15 day and also deliver device from home but i haven’t receive any response for months eventfully due to need and harassment I deliver mobile in service station on 23rd feb and assured me to provide mobail in 15 days but till date I haven’t got my mobile and i am disappointed with response from customer executive.

I am utterly dissatisfied with service and policy of company so strong action should be taken against company for defect in service and causing mental agony.
