Complaint regarding shopping at Naaptol

On 18th feb 2016 I purchased American Indigo Jeans from NAAPTOL INDIA ONLINE SHOPPING PVT LTD worth Rs 2398 with delivery charges and when I got the product the product material was so cheap and not acceptable as I already used American Indigo jeans and the original material was outstanding which I bought from showroom but NAAPTOL making fool to the people by telling that it is american indigo jeans. It is very cheap material using the logo of American indigo jeans. I complained to the customer care of Naaptol then got to know that they don’t have pick up option in my area so I will have to send them in courier. I sent their product and they said that they not going to give me cash back but raising the gift voucher of Rs 2398/- I was fine with it. I thought I will buy something branded as per my requirement so I will get value of money and then I downloaded Naaptol application and checking everyday for sandles as and watches but the branded items are outdated and some items are available but those are limited in design and unliked. Now I ask to refund my money but not getting proper answer from NAAPTOL INDIA ONLINE SHOPPING PVT LTD. I can not take any more risk on Naaptol so please guide me how to get back my money from this NAAPTOL
