Complaint regarding shops charging more than mrp

I am working in Unitech cyber park. There is an internal shop for buying cigarette. Whenever we buy cigarette from there, they charge more than MRP, when we say something they threaten. I am afraid because they directly say they will not allow to cross the building if I do something. Generally they start to collect more than MRP after 8:00pm. You are my last hope so I am writting here.

I believe that you would take action as soon as possible.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
