I had ordered 3 prepaid dresses on 2nd Sept, out of which only one got delivered but it was showing all 3 got delivered.

I had raised many complaints related to this issue on jabong customer care, also provided all the information they asked me to..but unfortunately didn’t get any response.

So finally I applied for refund, but again I am not getting any progress on that. I am.not getting any update through email or SMS. Whenever I call customer care service,they tell me to wait for 48 hours for further updates but I have to keep calling them. I I have waited for 96 hours for refund related update…but no response..
It’s really frustrating. Please help me
