Complaint regarding short delivery by Myntra

I ordered 03 jackets on Nov 15, 2018, a packet delivered on Nov 17, 2018. The payment was already made at the time of placing an order. When i opened delivered packet, there was 02 jackets only instead 03 jackets. one jacket name Okane amounting Rs. 2686.88 was missing, however packet contain the bill of missing jacket. The same time i got a notification on myntra app that all packets got delivered, i immediately registered a complaint on myntra customer care. The complaint was registered on by customer care, the maximum time of resolution was on or before Nov 21, 2018. On Nov 22, i called and asked for status, they said the complaint has been closed and product was delivered. Then i called several times and requested to reopen ticket, they again investigated and told me we cant refund as we delivered the packet. I didnt received nor my amount neither Okane jacket. Total loss value Rs. 2686. Other details are as follow:
