Complaint regarding short dispersal by PNB ATM

I used my pnb atm card for translations some amount from Punjab national bank atm. firstly i entered 10000 rupee but atm dispatch only 9000.At the second time i entered 15000 rupee but again atm dispatch only 14000 rupee, so totaly 2000 rupees less i received,I call to pnb customer care no and complained about it, so the complaint no for Rs 10000 is “M071607301” and for Rs 15000 is “M071607330” he says seven working days needed for complete your request then i call customer care after seven days he said that your complaints is checked and result is that you received total amount but but truly is i not received total amoun. ,then he says contact to your branch then i goes to branch and said everything happen then he says, that Atm is not in our under go to another branch then i move on another branch same word he also said.

At last i register complain on consumer form, So please help me for returning my bbalanc,As soon as possible.
