I recharged my Delhi metro card of Rs.200.00 through PAYTM AAP on 12 September 2016. The money was deducted from my bank account. Though my card was not recharged. When I contacted customer care I was told that my money will be refunded to my account after 60 days. On 2nd November 2016 I received a message that Rs. 170.00 has been refunded to my account for unsuccessful recharged on September 12, 2016. They have not refunded my full money. When I loged my complaint they are not replaying. Even they are not replaying through telephone also. This type of fraud they are doing to so many customer. kindly treat my complaint and give a reply to these portals.
