I ordered a Havells Sprint Mixer Grinder 550 W from Snapdeal.com having order id : 9032397261. Due to some reasons, the order was cancelled by me. As the order was prepaid (online ) the refund for my account was to be credited to my bank account. They promised that the refund would be credited within 7-15 days. It has already been a month now and still the customer care executives are keeping me in the dark and saying that your problem will be resolved quickly, it has been forward on priority basis to concerned department. But till now no positive reply has been received. Also their customer care is hardly accessible and almost do not repy to emails through their contact us form on web. So i request indiaconsumerforum to help me resolve my complaint.
