I bought my first PS4(1TB) in May of this year and using it in 5 months, I have faced many random crashes(error ce-34878) which seemed to be increasing exponentially with time because of saving the game in hard disk. So i reached out the sony customer care, and they asked me to handover to the local Sony service center for replacement as it was an hardware issue. And so I did it.
Now its been around a month, and still i havenot recieved a new PS4. They did’not even give any regular updates on the status of replacement.On calling up the local sony center, they gave me a vague excuses that their technician is on leave.
This is a very bad service from Sony.I have exhausted with trying every option available,and have not got any response yet.
I have also tried emailing Sony Care india(firstname.lastname@example.org) but there was no reply.
