Kindly consider the below issue for complaint lodging against Sony Mobiles. In short the issue is, I purchased Sony mobile worth of 26500/- on Jun-15, later which it was prone to many services, accessory replacements and even device too. But the replaced handset also exhibited the same poor performance and malfunctions as earlier handset. For many days device used to be in service center for servicing issues. Currently the phone is with Sony service center from past 1 month and improper response to the requests and many follow-up emails dropped to them. No feedback call hasn’t been received from them.

I requested replacement of another model handset to which they denied and replied that it is not possible. Though the device model is a faulty one which is in warranty time frame, the response from the service center is harsh which is “cannot able to replace and will service as many times as possible as the repairs in this model is common and we cannot able to rectify permanently”.

I have been made to visit service centers many times in this 9 months period keeping aside my professional works without a working mobile. Hence i request you to consider this issue as a complaint and take necessary action against Sony Mobiles.
