I purchased Sony Xperia M4 Aqua on 1st Jan 2016, Noticed heating issue as well as quality issue from next day.

Day 4 I visited Sony retailer and explained the same, retailer told me to contact Sony care as he is not right contact person.

Day 5, 6 I contacted Sony customer care they suggested me to remove third party applications, to use phone in safe mode and to update the phone; I tried all but issue not resolved.

Day 7 I again contacted Sony care and now they suggested me to visit Sony service center. I visited their on 11th Jan 2016, they have update the device and asked me to check the same. I just clicked a video for 10 minutes and found the same issue. When I shown same to them they agreed with me and told me that the phone is getting over heat because it is water proof phone, and also they can’t replace or refund me because I missed 7 days policy.

After that I regularly contacted Sony care and asked them to help me on this issue, no body even talked me on this issue. I wrote too many mails but din’t got any reply from them. After too may followups, while I warned them to complain for consumer rights then one of their service head (Named Mr. Sxxxxxxd) contacted me. I explained the issue and after realizing he suggested me to submit the phone. I submitted that on service center (on 18th Jan 2016) where I already visited on 11th Jan 2016. Now while I wrote submission mail to their serve head, the Sony center replied me within few hours that their is no issue without any proper diagnosis.

I really noticed the issue with that phone but they are not helping me.
