Complaint regarding Sony Xperia M5 service

I had purchased Sony Experia M5 on 14.03.2016 but after just 15 days Sim Card was not being detected. I submitted my Phone in Sony Service Station on 30.03.2016 and they have told me to wait for 2 Days. Now It is 9 Dyas but no one is there to response. and they are telling more 15 days required. They are buying time.
