He requested Paytm for replacement but Paytm on 20-01-2015 and the issue was resolved. The customer got his money back on 23-01-2015.

Refund from Spice Jet – Rs.5,908/-: Ms. Bidisha Chakraborty of Barasat – 700126, West Bengal (Email: bidishachakraborty0106[at]gmail.com) cancelled her Spice Jet, Mumbai-Kolkata-Mumbai ticket on 10-06-2014. Even after two weeks she did not get her money back even as Spice Jet kept maintaining the refund has been processed. Ms. Chakraborty posted her complaint with ICF on 26-06-2014 and ICF took up the matter with Spice Jet. Ms. Chakraborty finally got her money back by 01-07-2014.

Arnab Sengupta, Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka (Email: dream_arnab[at]yahoo.com) posted a complaint on 14-06-2013 against Shriram Transport’s representatives/agents with regard to renewing his mother’s debentures. Due to the irresponsible act and inefficiency of the agents there was a delay of two months in renewing the debentures. The complaint was taken up with Shriram Transport and was finally resolved on or about 20-06-2013.

Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. ICF pursued his complaint with MakeMyTrip.com and Mr. Sudheer finally received the refund on 22-03-2010.

Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
